• A full eye exam begins with a neuro-ophthalmic assessment of vision, and includes a thorough evaluation of the structure and function of your pet’s eyes.

  • Examinations are performed in our specialty-equipped exam rooms, utilizing slit lamp biomicroscopy, and direct and indirect ophthalmoscopy. 

  • Routine diagnostic testing includes:

    • Schirmer Tear Testing

    • Vital staining of the eye

    • Tonometry (glaucoma test) 

  • Sedated examinations may be performed when necessary.
